Return Policy for Lyria London

At Lyria London, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below you will find information about your right to cancel an order, how to return an item, and what applies under consumer protection regulations.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your item. The right of withdrawal applies only if:

  • The item is unused

  • All tags and labels remain attached

  • The product is returned in its original packaging

Exceptions:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Underwear or swimwear where the hygiene seal has been broken

  • Items that have been customised or personalised

2. How to Make a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us within 14 days at info@lyrialondon.com

  2. Include “Return + Order Number” in the subject line

  3. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address

  4. Send the item back within 14 days after notifying us

Please note:
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring the item arrives in acceptable condition.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved, the full purchase amount—including the original shipping cost (but not the return shipping cost)—will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving and approving the returned item.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used during checkout.

4. Exchanges

Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or product?
Please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired product. This is the fastest and most efficient process for exchanges.

5. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee to our warehouse, unless the item is faulty or damaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

6. Exceptions

Sale items cannot be exchanged. However, returns are still accepted within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period or in the event of a defect.
